Leotek Electronics and The City of Toronto unite to help make Toronto one of the greenest cities in North America as reported in the June Edition of The Lighting Journal. In February of this year an installation of 16 LED street lights were turned on in Exhibition Place in Toronto, Canada with outstanding results in cost reduction while eliminating all gas emissions found in traditional street lighting. Toronto Mayor David Miller was quoted as saying “ This one step will reduce costs, increase safety and improves our environment!”
